Brilliance Salon offers in-salon as well as on-location bridal services. Having your services at the location of your wedding ensures scheduling comfort. During scheduling we require a 50% deposit for both on and off-site weddings. The remaining balance for your wedding party is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. There is no charge for weddings in Santa Rosa or Windsor. $20 for each additional stylist. Outside of these towns there is a $45hr charge. Consultations are always preferred.
